We offer free shipping to all 32 counties within the island of Ireland. A tracking number will be supplied once your order is dispatched and can be tracked on www.anpost.ie or via your account.
We shall endeavour to dispatch the goods to you as soon as possible after you place your order, and you will receive your goods within 5 working days or less (please allow a few days longer for Northern Ireland based deliveries). If we are unable to process your order within that time frame you will be contacted with an estimated delivery date, you will have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund if the new lead time does not suit.
All orders are shipped from warehouses in Ireland, there are no extra duties or customs.
Shipping times are approximate and may vary for reasons beyond our control. We use An Post courier parcel service and a signature is required upon delivery or as per An Post’s current guidelines. An Post may leave a ‘Sorry we missed you’ notice (also called a ‘Docket In Box’ or ‘DIB’ notice) in your letterbox when nobody is home or if your tracking shows that we attempted to deliver your post, but you didn’t receive a ‘Sorry we missed you’ notice, this means An Post will try again in the next delivery slot, which is usually the following day. All unclaimed post will arrive back to us after 7 -10 days.
If an error is made and you need to urgently change your shipping address please contact our team immediately after you have placed the order and we will accommodate as best we can, please note delivery re-directs are not possible after the goods have been dispatched and a tracking number is supplied.
Our warehouse team are unable to ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
Please note that we are unable to deliver to any address outside of the Island of Ireland.
