Returns Policy

We have updated our returns policy for the Holiday season, the return date is now extended to 15.01.23 

We want you to be happy with your purchase from us. If you are unhappy with the goods in any way you may return them to us providing your return adheres to the return policy laid out below.

You can return change of mind items providing they have not been damaged, washed, altered, or worn and must include the original packaging, labelling and the Returns Form enclosed in your order, you may reprint your returns form here. We do not accept returns on gift cards.

To avail of low-cost returns of €4.95 for An Post drop off or €6 for An Post collection please click here, select retailer ‘Timberland’ and follow page instructions (rep Ireland only).

If you wish to make your own shipping arrangements, we do advise to use registered post as we cannot be liable for missing returns.

Returns are at the customers expense however you can return your items into one of our stores FREE of charge: please bring your proof of purchase and filled out returns form, you may exchange your goods in any of our stores listed or if desired a refund will be applied to your account via original method of payment.

We will do everything we can to take care of your return quickly. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Returns with complete documentation receive priority.

We can only accept goods purchased from this website all other returns will have to be returned to the original place of purchase.

Shipping Damage

If you receive an item that was damaged during shipment, contact our Customer Service Team within 3 days of delivery by email to Customer Service.

Before accepting your order shipment, inspect the carton and the contents for any potential damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the carton to show some wear however, if damage did occur follow these steps:


If there is a manufacturing defect in your merchandise, please contact us and we will make things right. All our products are covered under our warranty against material and manufacturing defects, this is 24 months from purchase date (this is not a guarantee against wear and tear, accident, improper care and or negligence).

We will be happy to replace the item if a member of our quality inspection team finds it defective. If we determine that a product has a material or manufacturing defect, we will replace like for like or if suits you (the buyer) the current seasons model, if a replacement is not viable a refund for the original purchase price will be applied to your account by original means. If it is not found to be defective, we will return it to you as soon as possible. We are currently unable to process repairs.

Please note: Manufacturing faults will become evident very quickly after the first few days of wear, if manufacturing is not easily identifiable to our in house quality team we may need to send your item to the manufacturer for a further quality inspection and can take up to 10 days.

For any warranty issues please contact us: Customer Service, please provide your order number, the sku code of the defected item, your contact details and upload images of the damage where possible.
